We typically partner with travel brands doing between €1M and €15M in revenue. But size isn't the most important thing - passion, quality, and a loyal customer base matter more. If you're smaller but growing fast, we'd still love to talk.

That depends entirely on which path you choose. If you're looking to hand over the keys, you sell and we take full ownership - but you're always welcome to stay involved personally, in whatever capacity makes sense. Many founders remain as an ambassador, an advisor, or simply someone we call when we need perspective on a destination or a key partnership.

If you're looking to grow with us rather than exit, you stay exactly where you are - running your brand, keeping your ownership stake, and gaining a share in the group alongside us. Nothing changes in how you operate. You just have more behind you.

No. Your brand keeps its name, its identity, and its unique character. That's a core principle of Arcadia - we believe the diversity of our brands is what makes the family strong.

Niche group travel is our sweet spot - youth travel, family travel, senior travel, adventure, wellness, culinary, cultural. We love brands that serve a specific type of traveller really well, rather than trying to be everything to everyone.

There's no fixed timeline. From first coffee to partnership can be anywhere from a few months to over a year. We move at your pace. The most important thing is that both sides feel right about the decision.

Arcadia is backed by Green Park Investment Partners, a Belgian-Dutch firm that invests with its own capital. They've completed over 50 transactions and have a strong track record of supporting founder-built businesses across Europe. They're hands-on, informal, and genuinely invested - in every sense of the word.

Arcadia is led by Michiel Hermans as CEO & co-founder. Michiel is co-invested alongside Green Park - he has real skin in the game. Before founding Arcadia he spent 6 years as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. In his first year at Arcadia he ran Hobo Reizen as General Manager directly, delivering 40% revenue growth, a restructured team, and a redesigned product portfolio. Today he leads strategy, brand partnerships, and cross-brand initiatives. What brought him here wasn't a career move - it was a genuine passion for travel and a belief that the best niche travel brands in Europe deserve better than being swallowed up by large platforms or left without a succession plan.
